Apple Syrup

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups maple syrup
3 tablespoons apple butter
2 tablespoons butter
1 apple, peeled and finely diced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in small saucepan. Place over low heat and simmer gently until apple is soft. Serve over pancakes or French toast.

Makes 1 1/2 cups
